Mandisa
There is indeed injustice in the world. Tonight Mandisa left American Idol and people such as Bucky stayed. I almost cannot take it in. I guess it helps when I remember that most voters are probably a decade younger than me, but still, there is no excuse. There are several contestants I still like, but Mandisa reguarly ranked at the top of the list for me. Because quite frankly, when it came down to pure vocals, I don't think she could really be beat. And heck, she had a pretty poised stage presence too. Alas, she is now off of the show and I regularly wait to see just how far Bucky can go as he leads our nation further and further into disgrace. Am I upset and biased? Absolutely. But hey, that's part of the show.

Just hold onto the Mandesa memories, and remember that Jesus has greater things in mind for her!
i hate this season. bucky should be gone. i'm not happy about this. i'm about ready to boycott.
Stephen. I agree with you. Mandisa was the best! I cried myself to sleep (no kidding). My parents told me it was silly. I understand how you feel, Stephen. She was my American Idol. She was the funkiest woman that I admire.

I was shocked! I was first of all shocked at the bottom 3. Then I thought that of the 3, Mandesa would certainly be the last possibility to leave the show. What a SHOCKER!!!! How is it possible? One radio talk show host gave an interesting slant. He mentioned that of the bottom 3, 2 contestants were black. He then mentioned that the music genre for the week was 'country' and that the black-American population is not noted for followers of that genre and he therefore surmised that perhaps they did not even watch the show and therefore did not vote. Interesting ... but, nevertheless, what a shocker! And Bucky remains for at least another week.
